As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Provide contract administration services for pre and post contract
• Assist in appointing various Consultants; perform cost control and detailed cost analysis
• Scrutinize and prepare cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents
• Evaluate variation orders, payment claims and settle final accounts
• Liaise with consultants and contractors
• Prepare internal reports and recommendations

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ post-qualification in HKIS/ RICS or relevant professional membership
• Experience gained from sizeable property developers or consultants preferably in Hong Kong private residential projects
• High sense of discretion, integrity and critical thinking; a team player with positive working attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
