Responsibilities:

• Assist to supervise and drive the team to provide general Q.S. and contract administration functions for pre and post contract in accordance with the Company’s policy
• Co-ordinate with in-house departments & consultants for pre-qualification, tendering, budgeting, construction cost management, contract administration and claims assessment

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ post-qualification in HKIS/ RICS or relevant professional membership
• Experience gained from sizeable property developers or consultants preferably in Hong Kong private residential projects
• High sense of discretion, integrity and critical thinking; a team player with positive working attitude
• Cost sensitive, good at cost control, capable to prepare logical and well-presented recommendations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
