As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager (Architectural) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Report to General Manager (Project Management) and lead a team of project management professionals
• Responsible for planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
• Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties with regard to the project progress
• Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural, Building Surveying or related disciplines with at least 13 years of post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years of project management experience in overseeing large-scale development projects independently from inception to completion
• Experience in high end residential / commercial / office projects with solid experience in JV project preferred
• Conversant with local government regulations
• Good presentation skills, self-motivated and a team player with strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
