The Company :

• Intelligent Building Systems (IBS) solution provider
• We design, supply, installation, and maintenance of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system including but not limited to CCTV, securitiy, alarm system, home automation, ICT and iOT systems..etc
• We are looking for Quantity Surveyor - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, contract administration, final accounts
• Tertiary education in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2+ years quantity surveying experience
• Relevant QS experience for E&M projects
• Experience in Electronic Systems installations
• Proficiency in PC including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Good communication and negotiation skills, problem solving
