The Company :

• Healthcare construction company focus in projects for hospitals, medical centres and laboratories in Hong Kong
• We design & build hospital & lab projects specialized for ICU, surgical rooms, oxygen pipelines, ventilation system....etc
• We supply & install medical & lab equipment in hospitals, medical centres & labs
• Products focus in : medical gas pipeline system, modular wall & ceiling for operating theatres, isolated power supply system...etc
• We are looking for Project Engineer – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Project Manager
• Team work to assist the project manager and project team with tendering, project documentation and control, job costing, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts.
• Supervise and inspect the quality of work and materials regularly to ensure compliance with statutory and user requirements
• Assist with on-site management and prepare site progress reports to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Prepare temporary work design, method statement and project program
• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with architect, client, consultant, sub-contractors and government authorities for technical matters
• Work with the project managers in preparation of tenders and quotations
• Tertiary education in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Over 2-3 year experience in consultancy or contractors work in E&M Industrial plant or engineering project
• A big advantage if experience in Hospital/University/Laboratory projects
• Proficient of both English and Chinese
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 14 days
