Located in the heart of Hong Kong Island and ideally situated on the waterfront. We are now invite enthusiastic hotelier to join our exceptional team as:

Responsibilities

• Operations
  Engineering Control Room duty, Operates BMS, Chillers, Boilers etc., Attend to all complaints, Utilities Records and computation, Night shift servicing works and Routine Round inspection
• Maintenance
  Provide maintenance, servicing and repairs to all plant, systems, equipment, facilities, M&E services, ELV systems, Electrical, Water supply (hot and cold) systems etc.
• Safety and Audio Visual
  Provide maintenance, servicing, repair and inspection to all fire protection and life saving systems, equipment, plant and systems, vertical transportation systems, Audio Visual operations etc.
• To attend emergency calls, e.g. fire alarms, lift breakdowns, safe-box destroy, etc.
• To supervise on the job training for new Engineering staff.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior or the Hotel Management

Requirements

• Form 5 or above in education, with apprentice training
• At least 6 years maintenance experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Air- conditioning, Refrigeration, Building Services, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Services, Building Automation, Audio & Video, ELV System, Ironmongery, and / or Security System
• 4 years experience in Supervision Level
• Holder of CREW Grade A or above, Boiler License (Electrical and or Fire Tube boiler), Plumber License, Confined Space Worker License, Welding Cert. (Gas or Elec.), Scaffolding Certificate and Safety Training Certificate
• Positive working altitude and believe in team work
• Have hotel / T&C experience would be better
• English and mandarin speaking are preferable
