What you’ll do

• Responsible for leading tenancy services and liaison with tenants, internal and external stakeholders, coordination of handover/ takeover of premises, fitting out and reinstatement works within the portfolio.
• Prepare and coordinate necessary pre-fitting out documents and inspections ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and corporate standards.
• Develop and formulate effective project programs and facilitate progress meetings with various stakeholders include but not limiting to tenants, landlord representatives, and contractors to ensure works are delivered in a timely manner and tenant’s requirements are meet.
• Monitor sitework progress closely and ensure accuracy in maintaining tenancy records; processes are accurately documented in accordance with organizational policy and standards.
• Coordinate, plan, and monitor the fit-out process of lease facilitation works for manufacturing premises, refurbishment projects of office and commercial premises.
• Report and follow up claim cases with insurance companies.
• Handle emergency incidents, enquiries, or complaints from tenants.
• Compliance with landlord provision and other client’s requirements.

Key qualifications

• A degree or above in Property Management, Facilities Management, Surveyor, or other relevant disciplines is preferred.
• At least 10 years’ experience in leading high quality facility management and tenancy services preferably in large scale mixed use complex facilities, commercial or industrial properties

Personal skills you excel

• Customer focused, result oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• Possess basic knowledge in Building Codes and Regulations.
• Strong analytical management abilities, and able to write clear compelling reports.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in mandarin is an advantage.
