Location: Kowloon East

About the Role:

• Responsible to the project coordination for Architectural Builder’s Works and Finishes (ABWF) Works
• Responsible for design development, interface coordination, review of shop drawings, CSD and CBWD
• Responsible for coordination works on site, material delivery arrangement, reporting preparing and submission.
• Interface with design consultants, project client and subcontrtactor for design coordination
• Design coordination for Mock Up

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Building management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years or above relevant working experience
• HKIE / CIOB or equivalent is an advantage
• Familiar with the Statutory Requirements about ABWF/fitting out work'
• Knowledge/Experience in MiC and DfMA is an advantage
• Work experience about ABWF work on site
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD and BIM processing
