We have over 20 years’ experience in managing construction projects, from start to finish, particularly with specialty in demolition works. As a small and medium enterprise (SME), we are a veteran contractor and have contributed steadfastly to the construction industry and the growth of the Hong Kong economy since our establishment. We have always worked in compliance with the relevant buildings and safety regulations and environmental concerns are our top priority. We have successfully registered as a qualified subcontractor and obtained the Certificate of Registration of Specialist Contractor - Demolition works. Our professional work team consists of project director, registered engineers, project engineer, site manager, safety manager, and experienced heavy machinery operator and workers. Our team, equipped with various advanced machinery, professional tools and equipment, undertake demolition works of different scales in all construction segments including: industrial, commercial, infrastructural, institutional, residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Construction project planning and management;
• Construction project financial forecasting: cost planning and budget analysis, monitoring, cost controls and guard against budget overrun;
• Oversight and control over procurement costs and value maximization of investment;
• Apply technical and specialist knowledge in providing efficient and cost-effective demolition project solutions and deliverable within the defined financial envelope;
• Develop and implement the code of practice for operation of heavy dismantling machinery;
• Risk management in all aspects related to the construction projects, particularly demolition work;
• Ensure site logistic efficiencies, project works can achieve budget and schedule targets and meet the safety and environmental standards required;
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the suppliers, sub-contractors, project managers, on-site work team, etc.
• Recruit, organise and effective management of the site work team;
• Construction activity reporting, quality management and monitoring of works;
• Conduct assessment and acceptance of completed project works to ensure smooth project handover;
• Ensure safe practices and measures adopted in operations and promote occupational safety;
• Successful deployment of digitized management and control systems;
• Active networking and reaching out to potential clients and business partners to enhance business development

Qualifications
Applicants should have:

• at least 10 years’ experience in demolition works and related construction and building projects of different scales in the industry, with strong specialty in demolition work.
• Solid working experience at operational and managerial level, particularly on-site supervision and monitoring of work progress and the work team.
• demonstrated competence in using relevant project management software applications such as Microsoft Project.
• familiar with regulatory bodies’ requirements and standards for building, construction work and relevant safety requirements and environmental issues.
• good knowledge of the process and procedures of the relevant government departments such as Buildings Department.
• excellent team building and interpersonal communication skills
• strong professional networking skills.
• excellent command of Cantonese and Putonghua is essential.
