Responsibilities

• Manage the site survey, investigation and coordination works to identify the problems and provide energy saving solution.
• Develop the scope of work, technical specification, implementation plan, ROI for the energy saving projects.
• Facilitate the tender process and business case development
• Identify, evaluate and implement the new technologies for energy saving
• Deliver projects in line with the agreed process, reporting milestones and to the required standard.
• Manage all aspects of the project delivery such as scope management, time management, risk management, quality management and in line with the agreed budget.
• Carry out the T&C, M&V for the projects.
• Develop and deliver the no/low cost initiatives to the stores such as behavior change, process change, retro-commissioning works.
• Liaise with the external and internal stakeholders and prepare the related report, material and plan.
• Communicate the impact and program timeline to all internal and external stakeholders and prepare the related project reports.
• Create and deliver presentations to senior management and progress trackers.
• Establish clear scope with suppliers & hold them to account on delivery of scope.
• Identify and engage required resources, ensuring that expectations are known, managed and fulfilled within the project constraints.
• Manage resources effectively and efficiently to ensure the budget and project plan objectives are met.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss issues, share knowledge, share achievements, provide training and direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Energy, or related engineering field.
• In depth knowledge of BMS, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical Power System.
• Proven hands-on experience on related BMS, Modbus control.
• At least 6 years’ experience managing projects related to Energy or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Capital budgeting (NPV, IRR, and lifecycle costing).
• Knowledge in M&V is preferable.
• Excellent skill in MS office and related project management tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).
• Maintain a high standard of delivery on all work and meet deadlines.
• Display high level of motivation and drive at all times.
• Ability to develop rapport to ensure effective working relationship with a broad range of managers and team members.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizing ability.
• The desire to help, create, maintain, and promote a high performing team.
