• Main market : US, EU, China, Asia, Japan & Taiwan...etc
• We are looking for General Manager (station Guangzhou office) - with details as follows :

The Job :- Report to Managing Director

• Plan and monitor the overall day-to-day running of business to optimize productivity and minimize waste;
• Lead and guide teams from production, quality control, operation logistics, warehousing and engineering to provide direction and constructive feedback;
• Oversee all facets of the production facility to ensure that operations are well-organized, coordinated, productive and cost efficient;
• Assess and review operational metrics to implement practices which are focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement and will manage procedures and provide guidance and support to the team;
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction;
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation;
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors;
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations with regards to safety and product integrity;
• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Management or related discipline;
• Proven experience in industrial operations with at least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing;
• Experience in managing overseas factories is an advantage
• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.);
• Strong in planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, analytic, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
• 5 days work
• Station Guangzhou office
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• China holiday
• Accomodation provided
