Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and risk evaluations to provide advice on investment performance
• Prepare portfolio management reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies and asset valuations for the portfolio

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Real Estate or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of real estate portfolio management/ research/analysis experience
• Fluency in English is essential
