We entrust you as our Assistant Concierge

to drive growth and account successes.

How will we care for you?

• Enjoy a 5-day working week consisting of 8 working hours per day.
• Benefit from 17 days of public holidays.

What will you do?

Assist the Chief Concierge to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Provide a welcoming atmosphere and a good first impression.

Monitor the correct and prompt delivery of all parcel item.

Interact with guests to obtain feedback and interact with guests in a professional manner.

Your work is crucial to us because we rely on your expertise and compassion to not only delight our guests, but also to forge connections that create lasting experiences that extend well beyond their stay.

What do we seek in you?

• Possess 5 years of premium hotel experience.
• Excellent Command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Present yourself professionally, with the ability to comfortably build rapport with a global clientele.
