Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs and goals
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants to identify the best fit for each position
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external employment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance the company's employer brand and expand the talent pool
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
• Review and develop HR’s related policies & guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• 5 years or above proven experience in talent acquisition in banks.
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and ordinances as well as regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• A team player with in-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
