Harbour Grand Hong Kong, an icon of the finest luxury hospitality, is a 5-star hotel managed by Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts. Located in the heart of Hong Kong Island and ideally situated on the waterfront. Within walking distance to the convenient underground MTR transportation system, fashionable shopping centres and commercial offices at Causeway Bay, Wanchai and Central.

We are now invite enthusiastic hotelier to join our exceptional team as:

Responsibilities

  • To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions in the absence of the Department heads
  • To provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time
  • To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests, resolve problems arising from guests’ complaints and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest complaints, compliments, and suggestion to the management
  • To maintain comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary action to achieve the highest level of hospitality service

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level in Front Desk or Guest Services areas
  • Neat and well groomed appearance
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skill and can work independently under pressure
  • Friendly and guest oriented
  • Knowledge of Opera system
  • Degree or Diploma holder or related discipline
