Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis phase in Solution and / or Execution phase of solution roll-out
• Identify functional impacts to front-to-back systems due to the gathered business and regulatory requirements
• Analyse the business requirements to determine technology needs
• Challenge the status quo (as-is) and to recommend efficient and cost-effective technological solutions (to-be)
• Develop & define end-to-end business solutions by creating process models, specifications, diagrams/ charts to provide direction to solution designers and developers and/or the business users
• Document fact-findings and results, design new process for delighted customer experience (CX) and specify system changes
• Engage in vendor selection/ evaluation, supports the preparation of product / vendor evaluation reports and vendor management activities
• Support users in preparing UAT test plan, training materials and other relevant documentations

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Computing Science, Business Administration, Finance/ Banking or related subject
  PMP, Agile, ECF certificates/ qualifications or relevant qualification is desired
• At least 5+ years experience in IT/ Banking with proven business analysis/ BA experience and skillset
• Sound knowledge in banking business (Consumer/ Corporate/ Treasury) and/ or technology applications initiatives
• Experience in driving changes, manage technology & business parties is highly preferred
• Able to liaise/ negotiate with multiple local/ regional stakeholders under a complex organization structure to develop widely accepted and effective solutions
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
