Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Ensure continuity of IT operations service quality & continuity to IT operations SLAs

Manage the lifecycle of IT incidents

Process review to refresh the workflow regularly

Establish strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning and resiliency of systems design, develop, implement and coordinate releases, policies and procedures

Ensure availability, capacity, continuity and project management, audit and disaster recovery activities across the service team, and provide technical advice if required

Collaborate with different stakeholders and team members to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner

Manage the development and implementation of the Customer IT tools and automation Development

Collect business initiatives, business cases and requirements from customer’s departments and external parties, to deliver digitalize and innovative solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above education, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines

10 years IT and operation experience, with 5 years IT management experience

ITIL v3 or v4 Expert Certification

Analytical with sound communication skills, able to work effectively with business users and technical staff

Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement and measuring results is essential

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and business documentation writing

Strong negotiation and organizational skills with possession of the good problem-solving ability

Demonstrated high proficiency in leading & managing complex IT projects

Infrastructure Project Manager

Reporting into the Technology, Engineering, and Operations (TEO) PMO, the Infrastructure Project Manager is the focal point for leading assigned IT Infrastructure Projects across the European, US, Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions. The role will also have the opportunity for exposure / involvement in larger Infrastructure Projects and Programmes within International Health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing assigned projects and/or programme work-streams in parallel that may include Physical and Virtual Endpoints, new Office set-ups, Cloud Migrations, Infrastructure Security and Technology Upgrade (hardware and/or software) Projects.
• Co-ordinating Stakeholders and activities throughout the project’s lifecycle from Initiation to Closure.
• Working closely with internal and external IT/Business Partners to deliver assigned projects within the Infrastructure Portfolio, including Application and Service Delivery teams and European, US, Middle East and Asia Pacific based Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Project Management processes and methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the PMO for Project activities.
• Work closely with Portfolio Lead and Finance teams to establish a Financial Plan for the project and manage the plan in accordance with agreed budgets.
• Clearly define the scope of the project in terms of the key activities and decisions required to successfully execute. Ensure scope is clearly defined / decomposed in Jira and works assigned to the appropriate team members.
• Identify and define Roles & Responsibilities for Project activities.
• Develop and manage a robust delivery plan for each Project, including appropriate milestones and review points for measuring progress.
• Rigorously manage project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Provide timely communication of project status, performance results, issues and risks to schedule, cost, and quality to project stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience (5 years minimum) in the delivery of IT systems and services, with a significant emphasis on Infrastructure and a track record of accomplishment bringing credibility to engagements.
• Experience overseeing all aspects of projects including planning, resource allocation, budget, requirements, design, and delivery execution through to handover to Production Support.
• Exceptional leadership, people management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English and Chinese language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization working across multiple time-zones to support project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience in Agile delivery tools (JIRA), collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint etc.) and ServiceNow would be advantageous.

Education / Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Knowledge of, qualifications and/or certifications in industry standard project management methodologies such as PMP or Prince2 is desirable.

Contract Project Manager – IT Enterprise Architecture
Responsibilities

• • Lead a team to provide design, development and maintenance for components developed for Enterprise Integration
• • Manage the project activities and coordinate with different teams in MTR
• • Plan, develop and drive the Enterprise Architecture framework and integration approach for traditional infrastructure and cloud platform systems
• • Perform analysis of the current technological environment to identify deficiencies and technical gaps, and recommend solutions for improvement
• • Participate in architecture assessment and reviews on product evaluation of new initiatives and assist in defining technical and solution architecture

Requirements

• • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in an architect role
• • Knowledge and experience in designing API architecture, strategy, pattern, event-driven architecture design and container-based architecture design
• • At least 2 years’ solid experiences for the architecture design and/or development using the MuleSoft products
• • Experiences with IBM Maximo or Oracle eBS are an advantage
• • Creative in architecture design and keeping abreast of the latest technology trend on architecture
• • Good presentation, analytical and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge
• of Mandarin is a plus.
