We now invite enthusiastic hotelier to join our exceptional team as:

Responsibilities

• To take over the duties from pm shift Guest Services Manager and follow up on all outstanding issues;
• To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions in the absence of the Department Heads;
• To provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time;
• To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests, resolve problems arising from guests’ complaints and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest complaints, compliments, and suggestion to the management;
• To maintain comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary action to achieve the highest level of hospitality service

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level in Front Desk or Guest Services areas;
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong analytical skill and can work independently under pressure;
• Neat and well groomed endowsed with guest oriented attitude;
• Knowledge of Opera PMS system
