Reports To: Digital Experience Manager - Travel Shopping

Department: Digital Experience (DEX)

The job holder will act as the product expert to make a positive impact to our members/ customer across Cathay’s online channels/ product portfolio involving payment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Observe, identify potential opportunities and propose workable solutions based on customer behavior, market trend, characteristics
  • Work across different stakeholders (technical/ business teams) to translate business outcome into actionable items to the product development team
  • Collaborate with other product owners/ stakeholders to deliver align and positive outcome towards payment experience across touchpoints
  • Conduct UAT to make sure deliverables meets acceptance criteria and provide training to business users if needed
  • Review workflow and define refinement

Requirements

  • A degree holder in Information Technology, Business or related area with 5 years of experience.
  • Hands on experience in customer facing digital product development, loyalty and payment industry will be a plus
  • Attention to data signals, able to translate into user behaviour with use of data support
  • Strong teamwork and good interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, users to make changes so product vision can be achieved according to agreed timeline
  • A fast learner and able to adapt to change
