Description
- Develop strategy to enhance quality of property management;
- Manage internal team to oversee the Commercial and Residential Portfolio
- Supervise technical team to ensure meeting with requirements of clients
- responsible for budget planning, P&L Management and credit control etc.;
- Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations
- Develop long term ESG plans and targets;
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Profile
- Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- A member of relevant professional organization, Holder of PMP Tier 1 Licence
- Minimum 10 years property leasing and management experience in property management
- professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH
