This is an individual contributor position where you will support the key stakeholders in the Hong Kong office and partner with the regional and global counterparts on HR initiatives and digital transformation.

Our client is a well established multinational financial services company with presence in Asia, Europe and the US. An opportunity now exists for a AVP / VP HR professional to join their team.

Description

Reporting to the Head of HRBP, Asia, you will be an integral part of the Hong Kong management team, where you will provide your insights, HR advisory and people strategies to support their business needs. You will partner with the TA Manager on recruitment needs, and work closely with the stakeholders on budget, headcount, annual salary & bonus review, performance management, talent development, productivity , retention and employee engagement. In addition, you will work with the global and regional HRBPs on implementing HRIS transformation as well as other global corporate initiatives. Candidates with strength in C&B will be highly sought after.

Profile

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience as a HRBP , with a minimum of 3 years in a strategic management position preferably from the financial services industry. Candidates from smaller organizations are also welcome. This is an advisory position where you will be highly involved in a number of key people initiatives and projects. The right candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset , high energy levels, and excellent people and communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
