Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design, develop and deliver world-class talent development programmes that strengthen employee capability, talent bench strength, leadership and the overall success of the Company
  • Elevate the talent development curriculum to a world-class standard, ensuring it aligns with the current and future capabilities required for business success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create a comprehensive development roadmap for all levels
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners to develop learning and development strategies
  • Partner with the management team to address specific training and development needs
  • Incorporate industry best practices into learning and organizational development approaches
  • Support people agenda on ad-hoc projects and talent initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Training or any related field
  • At least 10 years of talent development experience, preferably gained from technology industry
  • Demonstrated track record in revamping the Learning & Development function to cope with corporate strategy and direction
  • Experience in leading and developing L&D strategies and initiatives across a medium to large multi-site/global organization
  • Experience in strengthening potential talent management and leadership frameworks and tools
  • Candidates who are Certified Trainers will be highly preferred
  • Demonstrate strategic planning, project management and organisational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively to build successful and strong working relationships with key clients and stakeholders
