职位描述
Rapidly expanding interior design firm is currently looking for talented individual who has the passion to deliver the design creativities in wide-range of design projects, cultivate customer relationships to the market of Interior Design / Build and Construction.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and overseeing the progress the project site
- Plan and control the financial, construction schedule and technical issue independently
- Supervisor the site activities in high quality standard and comply with contractual and statutory requirement
- Dealing with clients, supplier and subcontractor for structural problem solving and site handover
- Good customer oriented to handle complaints with timely and efficient resolutions implementation
- Accomplish project running comply with Safety / QA / Environment Policy and Condition of Contract
- Prepare required drawings, corresponding document, and statutory submission
- Prepare site report, facilitating various of project meetings and reports to the management
Requirements:
- Degree I Higher Diploma in Building Service/ Project Management
- Solid 3 years relevant experience at least in FITTING-OUT of workplace projects
- Initiative, hardworking and people management skills
- Strong technical capability and site management experience
- Cost control and tender documentation of interior projects independently
- Proactive, drive to success and able to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
- Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD software applications
- Candidate with LEED / ISO knowledge will be an asset
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, familiar in Mandarin is an advantage
