Responsibilities

• Assist in the insurance business execution plan, including to provide professional insurance advice, manage client accounts, and ensure high-quality service to both B2B and B2C clients on general insurance.
• Responsible for the negotiation, implementation, placement and administration of client’s insurance program, e.g. comparing quotations, preparing client proposals, analysis reports and presentation materials
• Engage insurers to build strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms to the benefit of clients
• Handle the billing, monitor premium collection / payment and credit control from clients and partners.
• Handle claims for designated accounts and facilitate the communication with the clients, insurers and related stakeholders
• Prepare regular research on market trend, market development and statistics in order to identify and develop business opportunities
• Prepare proposal and program evaluation for new business initiatives

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3-5 years’ working experience in insurance industry, insurance brokerage experience is preferred
• Holder of IIQE (Paper I & II) qualifications with general insurance experience is essential
• Customer focused with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good project management, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluent / business communication in Mandarin
