Responsibilities:

• Assist to Project Manager with daily project management
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, suppliers and related parties to ensure a smooth implementation of projects
• Monitor project execution and ensure the project achieves the design, budget and quality standard as a planner
• Prepare tender and quotation-related documents for the project
• Regular reporting on project progress to your Manager and other relevant management
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or other related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in F&B
• Self-motivated and work independently, good team player
• Familiar with MS Office & Drawing applications including Word, Excel, Photoshop and AutoCAD
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediate availability is an advantage
