Responsibilities:

• Analysing network systems and business models
• Responsible for business development of Security and Network Solutions.
• Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
• Design technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Provide Tier-2 support to investigate issues/problems and identify solution for rectification
• Availability for on-call 24x7 support when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• 6 years or above in Network & Security experience
• ITIL Foundation Certificate or above is required.
• CCNP or higher (CCIE highly preferred), CISSP, Fortinet NSE.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Less experience will be considered as senior engineer
• Immediate available is preferred
