Responsibilities:

• Manage building renovation and A&A projects
• Take lead in project planning, contract administration, monitor work quality and progress
• Supervise relevant parties such as consultants & contractors
• Coordinate with internal departments and work with other Project Managers, QSs & Design team in project management

Requirements:

• University graduates in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Structural / Construction Project Management.
• Member of HKIA / HKIE / HKIS.
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience of which 3 years of supervisory level, preferably in structural engineering aspect with structural alteration works experience.
• Experience in works related to commercial buildings and shopping malls will be preferred.
• Knowledge in building design and construction procedures, as well as relevant statutory requirements.
• Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills.
