The Company :- We are a member of a French listed multinational company

• We are a total event agency and solution provider
• We provide : event design & production, event management, audiovisual equipment & event furniture leasing & solution...etc for major international events & conferences
• We are looking for Project Manager (Event Furniture) – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work in Event Furniture Division
• Monitor and manage sales team (4 members) and operations team (5 operation asst) of Event Furniture Division in order to develop company’s business & ensure daily smooth operations
• Profit & cost control
• Responsible for sourcing event furniture suppliers and factories
• Assist in events management and project management
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and contractors
• Assist in business development and constantly prospecting new clients
• Tertiary education
• Over 2 years in event or furniture, or related
• Project management experience is a plus
• With excellent business development and client relationship skills
• Proficient of spoken & written English and Chinese.
• Hands on experience with SketchUp is a plus.
• Annual leave : 10 days
