The Company : - An integrated electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider

• Our customer base is continually growing and spans a wide geographical region including North America, Europe and the Asia pacific region.
• Factories : Guangdong (4000) & Vietnam (1000, expanding)
• We are looking for Manufacturing Engineering Manager (station Vietnam) - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Tertiary education in Manufacturing Engineering or related
• 6 years+ experience in Manufacturing Engineering of which preferably over 2 years in managerial position in EMS environment.
• Experiences in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Chip on Board (COB), Manual Insertion/Wave Soldering (MI/WS) and Auto-Insertion/Selective Soldering (AI/SS) experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering department which cover SMT, COB, MI/WS, AI/SS, Process & Industrial Engineering (PIE) and Test Engineering (TE)
• Drive and manage Failure Analysis & Test Engineering for Product quality yield improvement.
• Lead Process & Industrial Engineering for Manufacturing Efficiency improvement
• Early involvement with Design & Development engineering on NPI activities.
• Drive preventive & predictive Equipment & Testers Maintenanceto optimize machine utilization.
• Maintain the Manufacturing Execution System.
• Involved in RFQ and Product costing projects.
• 5.5 days work
• Station Vietnam Hanoi (45 minutes from Airport)
• Some trips to Hong Kong for meetings
• Accomodation and meals provided
