The Company :

• Toys trading : OEM/ODM/private labels
• We design, develop, produce & market a wide varieties of toys, games, gift, puzzles, tabletop games, educational games...etc
• Main market : Europe & US mainly large retail chain stores
• We are looking for Merchandiser - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Provide professional merchandising service to assigned overseas customers mainly multinational chain stores.
• Perform full spectrum of merchandising role independently from beginning-to-end handling of client’s accounts, from quotes to shipment.
• Handle new enquiries: costing analysis, quote preparations, samples, and supervising OEM developments.
• Prepare various order documents e.g. P/I, P/O’s, vendor registration documents.
• Oversee & organize pre-production scheduling, lab testing issues, artwork development, and factory audit issues.
• Supervise our China based staff and vendors to ensure orders on track.
• Daily communications with customers for ongoing orders and new opportunities.
• Over 2-3 years merchandising role for international trading company is a must
• Experience handling large western retailer accounts, especially for European market, are highly desirable.
• Experience in toys is a big plus
• Good communication in English + Cantonese + Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Occasional China trip
• 5 days work : 9-6; flexible working hours
