The Company :

• Chemicals trading company
• Main market : China and Asian countries
• Asian offices : Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia
• We are looking for Operation Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Tertiary education
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Over 2-3 years shipping / logistics / operations / order processing in trading or manufacturing of any products
• Experience in chemicals trading is an advantage
• Report to Operation Manager
• Work in Operations team of 4 members
• Arrange and follow up shipments in Asia
• Coordinate full set of shipping documents and delivery arrangement in Asia region
• Perform order processing and related documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, China & Asian offices for operation arrangement
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Medical insurance
