We are urgently seeking for the following candidates:

Job Duties

• Conducting various audit including surveys and interviews with staff and/or clients at different work centres
• Performing data collection, entry, filing and analysis
• maintaining various databases
• Handling statistical computations, compiling statistical tables and charts
• Issuing regular status updates
• Preparing progress and final reports under supervision
• Providing clerical, administrative and secretarial support
• Organizing regular meetings to maintain regular communication with other members
• Collaborating with staff and clients at the audit centres
• Conducting literature searches

Employment Terms

• 44 hours per week, between 0900-1730 on weekdays and 0900-1200 on Saturday, subject to operational needs.
• May need to work on holidays due to operational needs and will be compensated by time-off in lieu
• Monthly salary : $17,295
• 12 months work contract, with possibility of renewal
• Working location: Wanchai
• Candidates Requirement
• Higher Diploma in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Statistical Computing from a HK university of institute, or equivalent
• ⅓ of the credit units should be related to descriptive statistics and statistical inference
• Two (2) years full time post-qualification work experience, preferably in the area of statistical analysis, statistical computation, conducting surveys, epidemiological research or disease surveillance control
• Good knowledge in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SPSS, biomedical statistics and survey methods
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English;
• Proficient in PC skills esp. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
