You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement an ERM framework to identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report on material risks faced by the organization. Responsible for overseeing risk management strategy, including the establishment of risk processes and systems, formulation of risk policies, facilitation of discussions with business owners, and providing constructive oversight to enterprise-wide risk management activities.

Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement an enterprise risk management (ERM) framework that comprehensively identifies, assesses, manages, monitors, and reports on all significant risks faced by the Group. This entails overseeing and executing the overall risk management strategy, establishing effective risk processes and systems, formulating appropriate risk policies, and facilitating discussions with business owners to align risk tolerance with corporate governance. The role also involves providing active oversight and constructive challenge to ensure enterprise-wide risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting. It includes enhancing and maintaining the internal control environment, coordinating the activities of the Risk Management Committee, driving continuous improvement in the ERM approach through the utilization of technology and systems, and conducting training programs on enterprise risk management.

Profile

• Degree holder with more than 12 years working experience in Global Risk portfolio.
• Professional Certified in Risk related area.
• Experience deal with C-Level and Board Member.
• Strong risk assessment skills, in depth risk framework strategy.
• English and Mandarin is a Must to perform the role.
