• University graduate or diploma in any discipline;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a trading or manufacturing company;
• Strong organization skills and excellent interpersonal, communication and expression skills;
• Good teamwork spirit, proactive learning and willingness to learn
• Fluent in Japanese (N1) is a must, Cantonese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Familiarity with ERP system JDE and interested in system management

Duties:

• To provide company system data management, including data entry;
• To handle business improvement promotion project and enhance the efficiency of company daily operations;
• To collaborate with internal departments to coordinate work and ensure smooth operations;
• To perform other duties as assigned by management
