FZN Int'l Ltd. is a recognized professional event management company established in 2006. We focus on creative planning and strategic execution of quality event production services. We would like to invite high caliber candidates to join our team.
Responsbilities
- Prepare business proposal of events and presentation of project plans
- Execution and follow up of events, oversee budgeting plan and logistics arrangements
- Liaison with clients and supervise internal parties on job progress
- Capable of on-site management and handling ad hoc tasks
- Experiences in digital marketing is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in the event planning and management industry
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Well organized, multi-tasking, creative and willing to take challenges
- Skillful in customer servising
- Requested to work on holidays occasionally
- Immediate availability is an advantage
Five-day work, Flexible working hours, Group medical, Project allowance
