Our Group is a private investment group with more than US$10bn total assets under management. Our private equity team invest across industries in both established and growth-oriented businesses including TMT, financial services, healthcare, virtual assets, luxury consumption, and real estate sectors. Our PE business is growing and now looking for a CFO.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all fund accounting, reporting, tax, audit, capital calls, distributions, carry waterfall calculations.
• Manage the firm’s compliance program and backend processing of all trading activity.
• Assist in the launch, design and capital raising for new funds
• Manage and oversee outsourced IT providers.
• Manage and oversee bank accounts and prime brokerage relationships.
• Manage and oversee investor ad hoc requests related reporting.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years experience as a Controller or CFO, CPA preferred.
• Must have Private Equity experience.
• Strong leadership, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
