(Senior) Fund Accountant - PE fund house | 人才服务办公室

Our client is an international private equity fund focus on TMT sector. They are currently looking for a Fund Accountant to join their platform and contribute to the growth of their funds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle fund operations procedures such as capital calls, distributions, management fees, bank transactions, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Providing ongoing and daily operational support in co-investment closing, investor closing, banking compliance, review invoice, tax filing and annual audit matters.
• Working closely with Investment team, Senior Management, Legal Counsels and other external related parties.
• Responding to and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of PE fund accounting experience
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese is a must
• Flexible mindset, able to work well as a team player as well as individual contributor
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
