Our client is a foreign trustee service provider with strong reputation. They are looking for an Associate to join the team.

工作内容

• Monitor, report, and document critical internal control processes.
• Identify areas of risk during control and reporting reviews conducted by other departments.
• Review and execute daily cash flow monitoring activities, including information gathering and exception review.
• Assist the team in determining appropriate resolutions for new regulatory obligations.
• Formulate corrective actions, as necessary, to address identified exceptions.
• Prepare and review documentation for regulators and external auditors.
• Provide support to the team by addressing inquiries from clients, regulators, external auditors, and internal departments.
• Escalate significant audit issues within the team, establishing the direction and communicating proposed resolutions for issues and concerns with a significant impact.
• Assist in collecting and reviewing documentation related to the look-through assessment, record keeping, and ownership verification for private assets such as real estate, private debt, private equity, and fund of funds.
• Proactively monitor the status and completion of these tasks, following up to obtain required client documentation.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor degree
• 4 to 5 years' experience working within the funds industry or relevant business line experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex and sensitive issues
• Demonstrated expertise in UCITS and AIF investment funds
• Advanced knowledge of European and local regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
