Description

• Take ownership of 2-3 specific markets within the life insurance industry and serve as the primary point of contact for product-related matters in those markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, align with group standards, and ensure seamless servicing transaction designs.
• Provide guidance and insights to stakeholders regarding any local customization needs. Understand and analyze local regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends to ensure product offerings comply with relevant guidelines while meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and UX designers, to define product requirements and features.
• Create and maintain relevant documentation, including product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and regulatory compliance documentation. Generate regular reports on product performance, market trends, and compliance status.

Profile

• Proven 8-10 years of experience in Insurance operations, ideally with life insurance experience
• Agile working experience, multi-tasking and good organisation skill
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Detail-minded and able to work with different work cultures
• Fluent in written and spoken English
