Job Description:

• Assist the manager in formulating and implementing the company's business strategies and objectives.
• Supervise and manage project execution to ensure that project progress and quality meet the requirements.
• Responsible for coordinating cooperation and communication among departments to ensure synergy.
• Participate in project bidding and contract negotiations.
• Monitor budgets and cost control to ensure project profitability.
• Manage team members, providing guidance and support

Responsibilities:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in the relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the relevant field, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Demonstrate excellent project management and team management skills.
• Possess strong communication and coordination abilities, able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Have fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• International work experience is highly advantageous.
