The Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a high-profile programme aimed at nurturing and developing the bank's future leaders. The 12-month structured programme provides you with exposure and in-depth experience in one of the following key business areas, while equipping you with solid foundation for a successful career in banking.

• Consumer Banking Group (CBG)
• G lobal Financial Markets (GFM)
• Institutional Banking Group (IBG)
• Group Strategy, Transformation, Analytics & Research (GSTAR)

As a Management Associate (MA), you will undergo rigorous and comprehensive training designed to enhance your banking knowledge and essential skills through a fast-tracked development journey.
E ducation
You will embark on a comprehensive induction training at the beginning of the programme
E xperience
You will undergo on-the-job training to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the specific business function through job rotation and acquire essential skills in your area of specialisation
E xposure
You will build a close-knit community with fellow MAs in the region and expand your network by connecting with top executives of the bank and have the privilege of being mentored by senior leaders. We want high-potential go-getters like you who: - hold a Bachelor's degree in related discipline from a reputable university and with less than two years' work experience
