• Guangzhou : China trade office & workshop
• Main market : China, US, EU, Asia, Japan & Taiwan...etc
• We are looking for General Manager (station Guangzhou office) - with details as follows :

The Job :- Report to Managing Director

• Manage Guanghzou China trade office & workshop 200-300 staff members
• Overall manage China trade business as well as daily operation of the Guangzhou office
• Plan and monitor the overall day-to-day running of business to optimize productivity and minimize waste;
• Lead and guide teams from production, quality control, operation logistics, warehousing and engineering to provide direction and constructive feedback;
• Assess and review operational metrics to implement practices which are focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement and will manage procedures and provide guidance and support to the team;
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction;
• Revise and/or formulate policies & procedures and promote their implementation;
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors;
• Bachelor degree holder
• Proven experience in China trade of managerial level in any products
• Experience in optical accessories / eyewear or related is a plus (not a must)
• Excellent organizing and leadership abilities;
• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.);
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
• Work based in Guangzhou office
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Accomodation provided
