Your new company

A reputable insurer in Hong Kong, providing a wide-range of insurance products and services to its clients locally, is currently looking for an experienced Compliance specialist at Manager level, to support various compliance review, advisory and projects in order to ensure the fulfilment of local regulatory requirements.

Your new role

Working in a small, yet diverse team with a flat reporting structure, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Compliance. You will be tasked to support, review and develop various risk and compliance policies and procedures, and to advise senior management on necessary changes to be made. You will also be tasked to support different compliance related system projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of compliance / audit / risk management experience in the insurance or financial services industry;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Assistant Manager" grade;
• Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant disciplines;
• Professional qualification(s) in relevant areas are preferred;
• With strong communications skills in English and a proactive, engaging mindset.
