Requirements

• University Degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to IT teams
• Collaborate closely with IT team members to implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Coordinate with customers
• Prepare regular reports
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and any occasional support for office administration matters.
