Company Description

Our client is a local mainboard listed company. Continue expanding their business footprint in Asia, they are looking for a Accounts Payable Manager to join their corporate finance reporting team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and project management, to develop a comprehensive implementation plan. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish realistic timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of our current payment processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the Oracle implementation.
  • Customize settings, workflows, and approval processes to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct data cleansing activities and ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and Oracle support to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users post-implementation. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot system-related issues, and provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically the Accounts Payable module.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Accounts Payable module or similar ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and testing activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
