We are looking for a Night Manager / Duty Manager based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Night Manager / Duty Manager, we rely on you to:
- Correctly and promptly handle and record guest complaints and feedback
- Be in charge of the hotel's Emergency Response Team during the night and regularly involved in ER training exercises and activities
- Ensure any security, health and safety issue which may occur are dealt with in accordance
- Review all Front Office night audit reports which require management approval and approve prior to the OPMS night audit being completed
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma / Certificate or above in Hotel Management
- Minimum of 3 years experience with 2 years supervisory experience in Hotel industry
- Good working knowledge of OPMS, Front Office system, general hotel operations, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of life and health safety procedures
- Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good Interpersonal skills and communications skills
