Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement offline marketing campaigns including branding, in-store and events to achieve business goals
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and other related topics
Work closely with promoters to implement activations and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and other related topics
Provide quality customer services and handle all client’s account services enquiries
Update and maintain marketing campaigns’ schedule from time to time
Assist in scheduling working hours and involve in performance management/counseling on operations staff
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, PR / communications or related disciplines
At least 2 years relevant work experience in securities firms / banking / marketing industry
Holder of SFC license Type1, 4 is an advantage
Independent, Customer focused, with strong analytical and good communication skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Shift duty is required including weekdays, weekends & public holidays
