Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver remote training programs focused on spoken Cantonese for customer service representatives

  • Draft structured training schemes, including curriculum, session plans, and assessment methods tailored to customer service center needs.
  • Conduct live and recorded vocal training sessions, ensuring clarity, tone, and professionalism in Cantonese communication.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align training content with customer interaction standards, regulatory expectations, and service KPIs.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve fluency and customer handling skills.
  • Support onboarding programs for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
  • Maintain training documentation and update materials based on feedback and evolving business needs.

    Required Skills & Experience- Native proficiency in spoken Cantonese.

  • Experience in training delivery, preferably in customer service environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer service workflows, including call handling, escalation, and complaint resolution.
  • Ability to create engaging training content and adapt delivery styles to different learner levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
  • Familiarity with digital training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, video conferencing, voice recording tools).

    Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience Cantonese training

  • Certification in language instruction, adult learning, or training facilitation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Linguistics, or related field.
