Responsibilities:
1. Brand Visual Design:
- Create branding materials (VI guidelines, presentations, corporate website/social media visuals) that adhere to brand identity.
2. Marketing Campaign Support:
- Design event posters, advertising assets, product brochures, and exhibition materials to enhance brand visibility.
3. Digital Marketing Optimization:
- Produce social media graphics, EDM campaigns, H5 pages, and video thumbnails to elevate user visual experiences.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, and PR teams to align designs with business objectives and strengthen brand image.
5. Design Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, refine visual styles, and drive brand competitiveness through creative solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field; 2+ years of graphic design experience (multinational/global brand exposure preferred).
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign; basic UI/UX knowledge is a plus.
3. Strong brand visual sensibility with ability to interpret and execute brand guidelines accurately.
4. English reading proficiency to understand international brand copy and ensure compliance with global standards.
5. Excellent communication skills, accountability, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
6. Adaptability to fast-paced environments, multitasking skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B/FinTech/Internet industry design.
- Skills in video editing, motion graphics, or 3D modeling.
- Background in marketing or brand strategy.
