Organized law firms, accounting firms and tax consultants to design the enterprise structure construction plan together, and assisted clients to complete the implementation of the plan.
Daily management of relevant business suppliers to ensure orderly service delivery, timely understanding of industry, laws and regulations and other related developments to form specific content.
Assist marketing team to communicate with customers, design and display enterprise architecture consulting services and related solutions
Conduct relevant professional training for the marketing team
Design related business processes, product specifications and other related documents

Job Requirement
Years working experience in cross-border restructuring in law firm, accounting firm, investment bank or consulting firm
Have a certain degree of understanding of company law, foreign exchange management regulations, enterprise tax law and other relevant laws and regulations.
Rich experience in cooperation with various relevant institutions, with the corresponding human network and resources
Have certain experience in enterprise architecture reengineering project management
Strong communication, multi-task management, coordination and organization skills
CPA, lawyer or CTA is preferred
Travel is acceptable
